Soon will be gone

I am going flat chat to get everything prepared for camping, food lists, packing dry foods and goods then the other stuff like tarps, ropes. I have to get the trailer out of the garage to set it up and clean it out then put some fresh water in the tanks then pack it all up again. We are taking our canoe along as it worked really well with our dog last year, and we are taking a bicycle too that my dad bought, it's a folding bike.

We are going to 11 days, my folks will be joining us for a few days.

On the weekend we did a "Scoot for the Scott Mission" on Sunday. It was a fund raiser to send underprivilidged kids from Toronto to camp. The cost for one child at camp for a week costs the camp $630 but they charge the families between $15-30 the rest of the money is from donations. This camp hasa been running for 50 yrs.

The scooter club I am a part of drove up from Toronto to Caledon where we met them at the camp. There were about 21 riders altogether including us. Over $3000 was raised by our group. We had a BBQ up at the Mission then drove home in the rain.

We had a really good time meeting all the member of the Scooter Club, we will be joining them for some more rides.
